Policies

I started this blog because I love to write, and I love the things that I write about. A lot of my posts are reviews, and I give my honest opinion in each. I don’t get paid or sponsored to write them (unless indicated) and I’m not affiliated with any brand or PR company. When it comes to the beauty products I write about, in the beginning I usually paid for the product myself or was given it as a gift by friends or family. I now receive PR samples for consideration of review, but getting sent something doesn’t guarantee I’ll write about it, and if I do, I will always tell you what I genuinely think. I don’t pretend to be an expert so please bear in mind that my blog is based on personal experience and my own honest, but subjective, opinions. Bear in mind that not everything I love will work for you - it all depends on your own skintype, skintone etc.

The vast majority of images used are my own, but sometimes I use images from the web that I believe to be in the public domain. If I have inadvertently used one of your images and you would like it removed, please email me and I will be happy to do so. If you’d like to use content or images from my blog I would be flattered but please, credit me appropriately and I will do likewise!

Blogging is a constant learning curve so if I am doing something that you like or that you don’t like, or if you have any questions or comments on my blog, please drop me a line on emma@fluffandfripperies.com and I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Thank you for reading!
