Sally Hansen Fuzzy Coats Are An Added Sweetener For Snapping Up These Four Fab Complete Salon Manicure Shades

Sally Hansen Midnight in NY

With it's dark, moody ways, Sally Hansen's Midnight in NY polish perfectly captures the new season's make up mood. It's packed with multi-coloured micro flecks that elevate it from your standard black polish, making it more glam than goth.

Sally Hansen Fuzzy Coat range

It's gorgeous on its own (and, like the rest of the Complete Salon Manicure line, the formula and brush are flippin' fantastic) but there's an added sweetener: pick it up before the end of August, and you'll take home a free, limited edition, Fuzzy Coat, too.

Tweedy Fuzzy Coat with Midnight in NY

Fuzzy Coats are Sally Hansen's latest take on the textural trend - very similar to the Nails Inc Feather Effect polish, these basically look like sugar sprinkles packed into a clear base and give a pretty, delicate and feathery finish to the nail.

Along with Midnight in NY, the deal applies to three other polishes: Jaded, Jungle Gem and Purple Heart - which are all lovely shades, both on their own and worn with their corresponding Fuzzy Coat.

Be aware that the topcoats are an absolute bugger to remove - I've taken to wearing them on just one nail, as an accent, but will be trying 'em with a peel off basecoat soon.

Removal issues aside, these are very pretty and a brilliant bargain, too - the Nails Inc Feather polishes are €14.44 on ASOS on their own, but you'll take a set of these home for €8.95 from your local chemist or grocery store.

If you're looking for an easy and affordable way to jazz up your mani, then hooray! I reckon you've hit the jackpot.

Are we liking?

Like you said it's very similar to Feathers from Nails Inc and Barry M's Confetti. I like the idea, it's a shame that the colours from all these brands are so similar.

I wonder would the Essence peel off base coat be the answer to easy removal of these?
loving the pink one, looks like sprinkles :) mmmmm may have to go buy this :):)

I am slightly skeptical of these...esp for the removal process. Is that bad? Do you like the end result?

I love that they're doing these in sets. I already have Midnight in NY so I won't be getting that one again, but the lavender one keeps catching my eye.

@Johanna, I do really like the effect - I wrote about a similar polish here

It's softer and more delicate looking than I expected. But sadly a pain to remove - like all glitters. have such high hopes for these peel off basecoats!!

I recently bought one of the Fuzzy Coats! I really like the concept behind it and how it looks like a knitted sweater, when it's in the bottle.

I've been meaning to buy this stuff, but I keep passing it up for some reason! I love how it looks, I'm worried about removal and you've confirmed that it is a pain to remove! I think I'll still buy it eventually. I want Muppet nails :)
