Monday's Make Up Shake Up! Shopping My Stash #9, with Kiko Milano, Liz Earle, YSL, Lancome and Clarins

It's been insanely busy at Fluffy Towers, so I haven't been organised enough for one of these posts in a while. But I miss the discipline of trawling through my ever expanding collection of beauty bits to sort out what will be included in that week's makeup bag. Otherwise I tend to reach for the same things again and again, leaving piles of products unloved and ignored - and that just won't do.
These are the products I'll be working into this week's look:
LIPS: Everything else I picked this week revolves around this lipstick. I'm loving purple this autumn (I know, how original of me!) but have hardly worn this lovely Kiko Milano number since I bought it in Spain last month. That will all be changing this week!

CHEEKS: The raspberry tones of this Liz Earle blusher in Peony should set off a purple lip to perfection. This is such a lovely product; check out my full review here.

L-R: Lancome Jazzy Taupe, Estee Lauder Vanilla, Clarins Taupe, Liz Earle Peony, Kiko Milano Ultra Glossy Stylo SPF 15 #814

FACE: YSL's Le Teint Touche Eclat gives the prettiest. most radiant finish - see it in action here. I'll be layering mine over this Revlon primer to make sure it goes the distance.

EYES: The wonderful Sali Hughes - beauty columnist with The Guardian - was rocking this Ombre Mineral eyeshadow from Clarins in a recent video. I suddenly remembered I was given it at the Clarin's autumn event - cue much anxiety and frantic searching until it was safely back in my hands! The other well worn product is Estee Lauder's Vanilla, and MAC's Paint Pot in Painterly is my primer of my choice.

The finishing touch? Part of the brand's Christmas collection this year, Lancôme's kohl pencil in Jazzy Taupe is the perfect shimmery neutral - I'm totally obsessed.

Does it drive you mad when you've misplaced a favourite makeup item? And what are you looking forward to wearing on your face this week?

I love YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat. Being a grease spot, it's actually better for me in this weather (primer or not, sadly). I know what you mean about losing a treasured item - I lost my Korres Lip Butter and had the house in complete uproar over it, you'd have thought I'd lost the DD! One was already in the mail when the original was found! Cue huge relief and the strategic stashing of the spare!

I'd say it's medium Adele - it can be built up quite nicely. If you click through to my review you can read more about it xo

Love the shades! Kiko Milano is news to me. Oh it´s always great to get to know new brands - thanks for that ;)

Don´t worry about being original. Just got myself a new Essie nailpolish in Bordeaux the other day. Not really into this Oxblood-trend but a rich dark red nail color can´t be wrong :) Also I think it´s just natural to go with deeper, calmer shades for this time of the year. During Summer I am all about pop-out colors. The louder, the better :)

Have a great day! xoxo
