Based on the concept of simple, natural beauty and breaking free from convention, the scent was three years in the making and contains just 63 ingredients – far fewer than most perfumes on the market.
The bottle is lovely - taken from a 1949 design, it features a ‘crystal smile’ and grey organza ribbon which, tied jauntily around the bottle neck, represents freedom.
La Vie Est Belle is priced from €47 for 30ml. It’s available at Brown Thomas now, and nationwide from September 1st.

It's a pity Julia's mouth is so photoshopped - she's so naturally beautiful, and really looks young for her age too, I wish they'd stuck with the source material!
