Korres Lip Butter Tinted Lip Balms Are Brilliant And My Fluffy Little Pick Of the Week

I think I've found it - the perfect tinted lip balm! Korres Lip Butters are a favourite of beauty editors and bloggers alike - and now I know why. These two arrived just in time for my Barcelona trip, where they were given a thorough testing. And they were so brilliant that I hardly wore anything else while I was away.

I know, I know - there are hundreds, if not thousands, of tinted lip balms on the market. So what sets these apart?

I've moaned before that tinted balms regularly fail to deliver what they promise, which is colour and moisture, in one. These handle both with ease, and they do it while looking, feeling and smelling pretty damn amazing while they're at it.

There are no parabens, sulphates, petrochemicals or synthetic fragrances, just lots of lovely natural oils and emollients, like shea butter and rice wax and the like. And despite their rich, buttery texture, they feel light and non sticky and give a long-lasting, sheer and shiny finish.

These two are pomegranate and wild rose, but they come in a vast range of flavours/colours including jasmine, mango, guava and plum. They left my lips feeling comfortable and moist and, though they don't have SPF, they prevented them from drying out in the sun.

Korres Lip Butters sell for €9.66 at Debenhams in Ireland and are available at Harvey Nicks, too. I also found them here at Feel Unique for €7.80, which includes free delivery. They're available in stick form, too, but I'm not sure how those stack up in the moisture stakes.

If you're tried these, what's your favourite type? And if not, are you tempted?
