Liz Earle Energising Body Wash and Body Lotion Review and Pictures

Packed with a list of essential oils as long as my arm, this duo of aromatherapy-based products  from Liz Earle is really helping to kickstart my mornings. Designed to energise and revitalise, the fragrance and texture of these products combine for an indulgent but invigorating start to the day's routine.

Both products come in handy, flip-cap packaging in that gorgeous duck egg blue - it doesn't hurt that it's one of my favourite colours! They're similarly scented -  a complex blend of aromatic oils that includes sweet orange, grapefruit, patchouli, geranium, rosemary, eucalyptus and peppermint.

The body wash, €13.75, is a clear gel that includes natural foaming agents from corn and coconut, which create a soft lather and gently cleanse and soften the skin. The one drawback? Mr Fluff's quite partial to it too, so we're going through it like the clappers!

Luckily he's not as partial to the lotion, so I get to keep it to myself. This has a lovely lightweight texture and feels to me like a refreshing gel-cream. A little goes a long way - the amount I have in my hand in the photo above would suffice for both legs! This is €20.75 for 150 ml and is intended to help smooth, tone and firm the skin.

These products were sent to me for review but I buy regularly from Liz Earle and would certainly repurchase. The range also includes a €16 scrub, which I'll be treating myself to the next time I stock up on my beloved Cleanse and Polish!

Buy Liz Earle online or from Wilde & Green in Milltown, Dublin 6.

I have the energizing body wash, I like it but I don't love the smell as much as I love the other Liz Earle products (I could actually eat the hot cloth and cleanse polish cleanser, I love the smell that much!). It is a great product though.

I'm a big fan of Liz Earle stuff - from shampoo to face potions - the works.
I may have to try this too ! The line about himself stealing it and going through it like the clappers made me laugh :)

It's so frustrating Joanne...he has started to use my Voya Body Buff too because he thought it would make him look buff! He was very disappointed to learn it was just to remove dry skin cells...

Laughing at Mr Fluff getting in on the action, I have two Grabby McGrabberson's here and can never keep the good stuff around for long ;D
