Fluffy little Easter Ideas, from The Body Shop, Soap and Glory, Lush and Tom Ford!
Today is Good Friday, a day of fasting and abstinence, where traditional Easter treats like Crème Eggs and Hot Cross Buns are firmly off the menu. But there are some seasonal treats we can still enjoy, guilt-free, so how’s about treating yourself to one of these little lovelies instead…
ONE Indulge your love for the sweet stuff with the Body Shop’s decadently delicious Chocomania range – and not a calorie in sight. Prices range from €7.50 for a lip butter, €8.95 for the shower cream, €13.50 for a body lotion, and €18.95 for a scrub.
TWO Fellow lip balm lovers will love these pretty little pots, €7 from Soap and Glory. A Great Kisser contains moisturising mango butter, apricot butter for weather protection and lingonberry oil to boost the barrier repair, and prevent water loss. They come in three flavours: my favourite, Chocolate Cherry, is described as a sheer popsicle pink and tastes divine.
THREE Lush have some amazingly cute goodies in store for Easter, including this Hoppy Easter set, €14.50, which includes The Carrot re-usable bubble bar and a Fluffy Egg bath ballistic, wrapped up in a bunny rabbit Knot Wrap. Aren’t they adorable?
FOUR So €30 for a nail polish is ridiculously extravagant, there’s no two ways about it. But when it’s Tom Ford’s stunning Nail Lacquer in Bitter Bitch, well, I’m afraid my common sense flies out the window. This rich, glossy, dark chocolate hue is the perfect nail polish for Easter.
So that concludes the fluffy little Easter round-up; back to your sackcloth and ashes, now, and have a wonderful Easter break!
