I bought these a while ago but have been waiting for spring to really be sprung before wearing them. And last week, when the sun finally showed its face, I decided that time had come.
These are from Carvela and they're called 'Slip'; I got them in Brown Thomas, Dublin. The taupe colour is great for spring, the wedge means I can comfortably wear them all day and I like the zip detail at the front. I almost bought them in black, but pushed myself to step outside my comfort zone a little and go for the lighter colour. They were €195, but I had a voucher, so I didn't feel the pain.
Oh, and just a heads-up: BTs are currently running a 20% ON promotion - purchase in The Shoe Rooms before Monday 9th April and you'll receive a Brown Thomas Gift Card loaded with 20% of the value of the your purchase (redeemable against womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, accessories, lingerie, hosiery and selected women's shoes, until Sunday 29th April).

Ooh they're gorgeous, I've recently become a wedge addict as they are just so much more wearable and I'm only 5ft 2 so could always do with the extra height!
