Beauty advice from Audrey Hepburn
Today is World Kindness Day. It sometimes feels like kindness is disappearing in our busy, modern world. Don’t let that happen. You probably don’t need suggestions on how to be kind, but if you do, there are some here and here. Just don’t overdo it.

My kind deed of the day was... giving someone else my Butlers chocolate who really wanted it, even more than me! Does that count?

I think kindness is one of the qualities that we rarely come across in life, so when we do it seems so precious. My little girl can be so kind and I hope she isn't robbed of that as she grows up.

Isn't it a lovely idea? I do think kindness is massively under-rated as a virtue and people can seem almost suspicious when greeted with it which is very sad.
